Ideally, 50 to 200 yards across, with a clear line of sight for a tee area onshore. Natural or man-made ponds, quarry lakes, resort lakes – all are of interest.

Clean, Accessible Water

Water quality and environmental health are important to us. We prefer locations without heavy weeds or hazards, and with access for our team and guests.

Shoreline or Dock Space

We need a spot on land for players to hit from (like a tee mat area) and space for a small tent or kiosk. Grass, dock, or beach areas are all workable as long as they’re safe and level.

Location

We’re open to anywhere except Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota, Vermont, and New Jersey. High-traffic tourist areas or properties near popular recreation spots are a bonus. If you think your property could be the next Chip 2 Win hot spot, let’s chat!
